Renaming the "FlxMouseEventManager" demo to "FlxMouseEvent", to match the change in interface from flixel 5.0.0. Eventually the old FlxMouseEventManager will be removed.
Small changes:
PlayState.hx Line 32 was removed. this is no longer needed now that there is a globalManager
