Summary

Adds meadow overmap sprite and some placeholder stuff by hoasd1

Content of the change

Overmap :

  • meadow

Reorganized and changed pasture.json to cover horse farm
Added a bunch of placeholder stuff for horse farm
Added JSON for the new river overmap to use shallow moving water terrain
Changed 3-way road trailer park JSON entry to use the new t-connection road

Swapped the vehicle shape sprites of industrial trash can so the original uses the non floor one
While the "Trash can" shape uses the floor one

Testing
