Update Organisation Registration Agency from org-id.guide?

I wonder whether the plan is to keep the Organisation Registration Agency codelist up to date with org-id.guide? Or to deprecate it?

It’s currently out of sync, but there’s nothing to explain why on the codelist page. (In fact, it doesn’t contain a hyperlink to org-id.guide.)

It’s not a complete codelist, but still – its post-2.03 utility seems a bit questionable.

I think we do actually need some changes/updates?

I can also see that the changelog for this list might be out-of-date, but nothing is stated about where the changes are now applied

This continues to be really confusing.

Could someone from IATI or org-id reply? Even if it’s to say “we have no idea what’s going on with this.” Then we can figure out a path forward (either a) think about deprecating the list, or b) think about keeping the lists in sync, which should be trivial to do).

At the moment this remains in limbo.

Agreed - it's inconsistent and confusing

I've spent some time on this, with @amy-silcock @PetyaKangalova & @dalepotter - and have three areas of activity in order to get IATI in synch with org-id. I've tried to list this in one meta ticket over at org-id/register#219. If you'd be happy to follow activity over there, it'd be great (we could close this particular issue)
