In the swiss context patients and health care professionals are allowed to update a limited set of metatada of documents. we currently use IHE ITI RMU for that, but we want to expose a light weight FHIR based API.
Although not explicitly stated in recent discussions with Canadian Infowar and the technicians from the ELGA project in Austria I understood that they will also move to FHIR based profiles for the common use cases to feed HP data and to modify document metadata.
I can ask them to comment, if 2 additional votes are sufficient.
Kind regards, Martin
