MC events that end in a different hour than start time (across two hours) are not correctly displayed in the main Sefran3 hour-thumbnails page.

This fix will work only when using the duration units defined in the default MC3 DURATIONS_CONF file, i.e., s (seconds), mn (minutes), h (hours), and d (days). An improvement should be to use the local configuration for any other units... We might also consider to move this file into CODE/etc since it seems not really useful to modify it.
