Description
This pull request enhances the functionality of ihr-website by integrating Observable notebooks. Users can now access Observable notebooks directly from the menu by navigating to Tools -> Observable. Upon selection, users can explore various notebooks available in a tree structure, making it convenient to access specific content. This integration enriches the browsing experience and provides users with valuable interactive resources for data exploration and analysis.
