add Res::clone (bevyengine#4109)

# Objective
Make `Res` cloneable
## Solution
Add an associated fn `clone(self: &Self) -. Self` instead of `Copy + Clone` trait impls to avoid `res.clone()` failing to clone out the underlying `T`
