A unique word counter designed as an exercise to learn Ruby on Rails. This small Rails app will take a text input, count the number of words, count the number of unique words, and display the number of occurences for each unique word in order of most frequently used to least frequently used.

Clone the repository locally

Run a database migration
bin/rails db:migrate
- Run the Rails server application
bin/rails server
- Traverse to the application landing page in a web browser

The unique word counter is not case sensitive! "happy Happy HAPPY" would be considered to have a total word count of 3, with a unique word count of 1.

The unique word counter handles contractions - words like "can't", "don't", and "should've" will not mess up the counting process.
