TabButtonBase is an abstract class which exposes functionality useful to most tab button classes. Inherits from TextButton.

| SetSelected(selected), SetValue(selected) | Sets whether the button is in the selected state. |
| IsSelected(), GetValue() | Returns whether the button is in the selected state. |
