* clean up src/Experiments/Loops.v, add While and For
Also add a kludge to override the .v.d targets of the relevant files. It unfortunately spews a lot of makefile output, but it's better than the target not working at all. When the target is not passed, the behavior is unchanged.
This will hopefully work better than kludging around coqdep

Probably if the lists are the same lengths, then we want to compare them element-wise rather than all at once. It's way too verbose to keep expanding them, so we only do that when lists are not the same length.
