- CTOF vertex time bins are now 25 ps instead of 40 ps, to match the calibration suite
- the fit range is left narrower than that of the calibration suite, since it currently produces better fits
- we'll need an understanding of the difference between the calibration suite's histogram production and the production done here; for example, cut differences
until differences between timeline and calibration suite are better understood; narrow fits are performing better here
