I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR fixes the failing GitHub Actions on commit 06e3883 in the develop branch. The issue was related to the installation and update process of the OpenBBTerminal SDK and Terminal. The installation instructions were updated to ensure the correct installation and update of the SDK and Terminal, and the necessary dependencies are installed.
