I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR updates the installation update instructions for the OpenBB Terminal in the
installation_updates.mdfiles. It provides more detailed steps for each installation type and includes instructions for resolving common errors that may occur during the update process. Outdated information and broken links have also been updated.Summary of Changes
