I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR fixes the failing GitHub Actions on the develop branch of the OpenBBTerminal repository. The actions were failing due to incorrect installation and update processes. This PR updates the installation instructions and ensures that the necessary dependencies are installed correctly.
