Current spell check dictionary is built from Rider. It looks like Rider's dictionaries are different to ReSharper's, and some words are not included in ReSpeller, e.g. postprocess. Rerun the API extraction in ReSharper to see what's different.

Rebuild dictionary from ReSharper

Removes some incorrect entries, introduces Unity internal menu. Dictionary is saved in all lowercase.

Fixes #1737, fixes #1809
