correction for handling disconnects
After disconnect, restart advertising.

Reconnect worked well on the older M5StickC's, but not now. This change fixes the reconnect

Used the same fix for M5Stack's (although the M5's that I currently own didn't have a reconnect problem)

Option to change brightness via xdrip ios

With xdrip for ios 3.3.0, it is possible to change the brightness.

First release M5Stack monitor with bluetooth connection to xdripSwift

• connects to xdripswift via bluetooth
• receives current reading from xdripswift and also slope arrow
• color can be changed
• wifi username/passwords can be set, should automatically switch from Bluetooth to WiFi if necessary, however this doesn't seem to work always
