Diffusion tutorial for isotropic diffusion

In this diffusion tutorial, two phantoms made with a single voxel with different diffusivity patters are tested, using a pulse gradient spin echo (PGSE) sequence varying the placement of the diffusion-encoding gradients used, as well as the b-value. There are plots of everything made throughout the entire tutorial, showing the way spins are diffused, the shape of the sequences and the amount of attenuation of the signal made by the diffusion phenomenon.
