  • Support Type{>:AnotherType} notation.
  • Define A >: B operator as B <: A

What do you think about this?
(I know that there is not much demand, but I want it personally)

* Support `Type{>:AnotherType}` notation.
* Define `A >: B` operator as `B <: A`
