Hello, ASF periodically writes an error
When connecting an account, everything is fine, but after a while, this error starts to appear on some accounts

I don't send or confirm trades via asf, but probably asf still tries to check trade offers on its own, is it possible to somehow get rid of it or disable requests for GetTradeOffers

There is TradeCheckPeriod setting which can be set to 0 in order to disable periodic trades check. However, that request should not fail, the proper thing to do is investigating why ASF can't fetch trade offers of your account and fix that instead.
