SWradio 9 is a software decoder, for use with SDRplay devices, HackRF devices and some dabsticks.. It can be configured for use with a soundcard, the precompiled versions do not support that
Decoders are apart from am and ssb, CW, PSK, RTTY and FT8 as amateur modes. FT8-decoder is still slightly experimental, but it supports passing on some data from the received messages to the PSKReporter site.
Othger decoders are navtex and weatherfax.
Finally, swradio-9 supports DRM (i.e. Digital radio Mondiale, the shortwave Digital Radio, decoding

As usual, a windows installer and an AppImage are part of the distribution
