Compile error: ThreadWeaver/ThreadWeaver: No such file or directory

Looks like ThreadWeaver is supposed to be optional, but compilation on Ubuntu trusty fails for me (Travis CI build log) with

It's not optional, I'll fix the CMakeLists.txt to replace the OPTIONAL_COMPONENTS with COMPONENTS

No, ask your distributors or ubuntu support channels. Alternatively, build it yourself. It's a KDE framework like all the others we depend on.
