If I enter a single quotation mark (to get the adjoint) after an identifier, the quote is not closed, as is the desired behaviour: screen shot 2018-08-12 at 14 11 30

After brackets or parens, however, the quote is automatically closed, which is not wanted in any case I can think of:

Can this behaviour be changed to not closing single quotes directly after ) and ]?
