Build

./gradlew build

Update library

1. Download binary distributions from official page: https://developers.google.com/optimization/install/java
2. Go to lib folder and get copy new versions of com.google.ortools.jar and protobuf.jar to the libs folder of the project
3. Archive every other file in that dir and copy the result .zip archive to resurces
