Replace the ABTableWidget implementation with the ABDataFrameView implementation. No functionality is lost.
Due to
CSMethodsTabledirectly calling the selectedItems() method, I've added the method to the new MethodsTable. It might be a good idea to move this method over to the base ABDataFrameView class.
