The basic command is /pm and has the permission pm.basic.
Every subcommand has the permission pm.<command>:
/pm info- show information about a plugin/pm reload- reload a single plugin/pm enable- enable a single plugin/pm disable- disable a single plugin/pm load- load a new plugin
