This is the first release, in its bloated .NET Core 3.0 glory. At least it's all in one exe file now. Run it in the console to see the crazy verbose output, or simply look for the output in the ranks folder.
I'm not sure when this actually becomes "production-ready" but it's usable.
Build target is Win-x64.
I may consider cross-platform builds in the future, but the current repository status vomits out the build objects into the repo, and VS Code complains if you open up the project in a different OS.
