Description

Since we are migrating all the commands from lisk-core the commands can be improved with abstraction or usage in general.

Motivation

Following are some of the inputs to consider #6085 (review)

Acceptance Criteria

  • All the bootstrapped commands should work as expected
  • The commander commands should be generic and reusable

Additional Information

  • During the grooming, we can consider more acceptance criteria and requirements to improve
