Description

Please expose an endpoint from the interoperability module to query the mainchainID from a sidechain application.

Motivation

Lisk Service needs the mainchainID when indexing the transactions corresponding the registerMainchain command against the sidechain applications. It is necessary to determine the chain/channel status (registered/active/terminated).
