Updated from official PCSX2, and resolved conflicts. We were 444 commits behind. | Official PCSX2 now has a feature that allows TOOL-like memory, so I removed our relevant customizations. Please keep in mind that 'Enable TOOL Mode' just changes which patches will be applied. You need to enable 'Advanced -> Enable 128MB RAM (Dev Console)' to have the extra memory. I will likely merge these two settings in the future. But for now everything is working. Please report any issues, or feedback.
