See Spigot plugin listing for more info. This plugin will no longer be updated due to PaperMC/Paper#2171 being merged. However the plugin is still useful for older server versions without the patch.
Drag the plugin jar into the plugins folder and start the minecraft server.
Clone the repo.
Use mvn to compile.
The jar file can be found in the target folder.
