fix: sync food (#759)

It seems there is a desync on food between 
- our input files `activities.json` and `ingredients.json`
- our output files `processes.json`

This PR re-sync


ecobalyse-private: sync_food


How to test :

- rerun `make export_food` and make sure there is no diff @ccomb
