studact automatically updates the studact main page with the latest news from each of the student lead activities.
studact only works within the CS network. Setup studact on a CS machine.
Setup requires: - expect - python2.7 (or compatible) - svn
Note: If python2.7 is not available, you'll have to install it in your home directory. For further information e-mail [email protected]
Run;
$ ./setup.sh [studact user name] [studact password]
Note: The login may fail because of the configuration of your terminal. If this happens, login manually with;
$ cd pywikipedia
$ python2.7 login.py
Note: If you care enough, you may want to remove your password from ~/.bash_histroy.
From any directroy execute the run.sh script. E.g,;
$ ./run.sh [info paths]
You may store all the info paths in a file and pass them to run.sh like this;
$ ./run.sh @[info paths file name]
