Add the super-simple SINGLENOZZLE configuration option.
This allows the use of multi-extruder hotends like the E3D Cyclops.

With this option enabled:

  • Force all extruders to exist in the same position, with no XY offsets.
  • Require EXTRUDERS >= 2
  • Change the behavior of PID_ADD_EXTRUSION_RATE, based on MarlinKimbra
