Call the exe with the following command:
-f "folder with upks" -o "decrypted"
-f is the path to a input folder
-o is the output folder
example:
RLUPKTool.exe -f "F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\rocketleague\TAGame\CookedPCConsole" -o "decrypted"
