• Taking inspiration from Hadley's new elmer package, specifically their implementation of streaming using httr2::req_perform_connection() and associated functions.

I think is better to wait for a bit for a more mature version of {elmer}. I think at that point we should be able to wrap some function or extend some method we find in there
