Small update

This small update adds bStats, as well as changes the EffBlink syntax.

New Syntax:

make %players% blink %glowcolor% with speed %effectspeed%
apply %glowcolor% blink with speed %effectspeed% to %players%

NOTE: The old syntax for blinking will no longer work!

skGlow Update

Hello all! I have recoded what previously existed in skGlow, and also added many more syntaxes! If anyone finds any bugs or issues, let me know in the github issue tracker!
