Wording fixes to avoid confusion

Merged ChelseaFantasy's #1 to make it more clear that you can use either PS2 CDs or PS2 DVDs with the disc protection back door.

Detect unknown Mechacon versions

MechaDump now determines when your Mechacon is an heretofore unknown version, and displays this to you when the dump is complete.
