fixes to 1 Install Mythtv.cmd

• contribution does not duplicate one of our existing pull requests
• contribution is in a branch rebased against master
• code compiles successfully without errors
• code follows the MythTV Coding Standards
• documentation added/updated/removed where necessary
• commits are logically organised and have good commit messages

• Curl now uses the parameter "-k"
• Bump xampp version to 8.0.25.
• Remove parameter -r from rmdir
• For aesthetics, add verbose "-v" parameter to tar
• To mysql command add the parameter "--skip-password"
• For aethetics very the by querying and viewing the new user "mythtv" in the mysql database

I'll commit this for you, but the long term goal for the project is to compile everything using cmake. Cmake can currently build natively on linux/freebsd/osx, cross build for android while running on linux, and cross build for windows while running on linux. Unfortunately, there's been no work done to build natively on windows because we don't have any windows developers. It would be great if you had time to look at that.
