overloaded values from request dataset not being reflected in inspect output #230

For example, "t_calendar" will not be reported but rather the value from the file attributes which may be incorrect or missing. The value from the dataset should still be reported in the dump, just not in the beginning summary.

Inspection was refactored to allow a common implementation across
drivers. Inspection output for field dimensions is now a method on the
dimension itself with special cases for time and space.

fixes #230
