Development release v. 1.902

This is the first developmental release of the package that will become crawl v. 2.0. The compiled code has been changed to C++ using the Rcpp and RcppArmadillo packages and the models can now handle the new Argos error structure.

Right now the package does not contain the drift model, nor can it perform the posterior sampling of the animal's path.

Users can download the Windows binary (.zip), the Mac OSX binary (.tgz), or the package source (.tar.gz). Make sure to click the green buttons. The silver button is a github thing and is not formatted correctly for installation as an R package.
