The images added in this PR should provide a workaround for the issue described in #11.
Since some of the upstream images (that are used normally) are not available for these specific versions, we use the more common Debian and Alpine image tags that use the latest versions of each operating system. This also requires us to use
msodbcsql18as well asnodejsv18 LTS.
