graphics/cairomm1.16: import cairomm1.16-1.16.0
cairomm is a C++ wrapper for the cairo graphics library. It offers all the power of cairo with an interface familiar to C++ developers, including use of the Standard Template Library where it makes sense. This package follows the 1.16 API. Changes compared to cairomm: 1.16.0 (stable): This is the first stable release in the cairomm-1.16 ABI series. It is parallel-installable with the cairomm-1.0 ABI. The tarball for 1.16.0 has been created with 'meson dist'. If you build with Autotools from the tarball, please read the relevant part of the README file.
