Also removes obsolete boost-1.60, mongodb-3.4 and mongodb-3.6.
boost-1.60 is broken on aarch64, is very old and unlikely to be fixed. The only packages depending on it are mongodb-3.4 and mongodb-3.6, both of which are beyond end-of-life themselves.
