• postgresql_15 requires granting permissions on schema public, ensureUsers insufficient #216989
  which will be resolved by
• nixos/postgresql: deprecate ensurePermissions, fix ensureUsers for postgresql15 #266270
  shortly (hopefully).

• nixos/modules/services/web-apps/miniflux: fix permissions for PostgreSQL 15 #266511
  but I think

  should be preferred.
