Use the new versions of
hardhat-ethers,hardhat-chai-matchersandhardhat-verify(the plugin formerkly known ashardhat-etherscan) in the Toolbox.The CI in this PR will fail until the new typechain versions are published. I tested this locally by publishing the changes in this PR with Verdaccio.
