This PR removes OCA_PROJECTS since this list is outdated and not maintained anymore.
Also, check_contrib script is removed since it made use of the OCA_PROJECTS but was written for Python v2 (print 'xx' statements) and never updated since April 2020.
The proper way to retrieve repo is using GitHub API via get_repositories_and_branches() function from https://github.com/OCA/maintainer-tools/blob/master/tools/oca_projects.py
The official up to date repo list grouped by category is stored in https://github.com/OCA/repo-maintainer-conf
