Changes to fix the following issue: #386
The changes are made in the "QueueJobRunner" thread, where I modify the "initialize_databases" function to check if the status is enqueued or started to put it in the pending state. In this way, later the thread puts it back to start. Thus avoiding the job queues being blocked.
