[ADD] resource repository

We propose creating a new GitHub repository to group the Odoo modules related to human resources management. This repository will be mainly focused on a planner we are developing, as well as any future modules that extend it. I have added myself to the existing group, but I can create a new one specifically for this repository if needed.

Just as a clarification, the main idea of the Repository is to put modules that related Employes with Resource managements in order to have a better planning tool

Avoid plurals, and remove the hr from the name, as this repo may contain things to plan anything, not only employees (for example, external people or even materials).

My proposed name is just resource.

Thus, the connection to hr is a bit weak. What about putting the same as calendar?

Given that the repo's goal is to facilitate the planning of various resources and activities beyond just human resources, I believe that a name like "planning" or "planner" would better reflect the flexibility and broader scope of the repository. What do you guys think?

Well, I was thinking in hosting here other resource modules like the resource_booking ones.
