The DCAT metadata will hold the publisher/title/etc. of the dataset but won't directly link into the PMD catalogue and won't use any PMD-specific metadata.

The DCAT data is mostly what is stored in the .trig-file; however the contents of this .trig contains PMDCAT components, which we are not planning to use -> use the DCAT components instead. And make sure it is linked to the cube dataset.

There is no component which links dcat and qb together, we will need to define this.

Issue #23 - Adding DCAT metadata to the qb:DataSet output (#104)

Adds dcat:Dataset class to the qb:DataSet with the appropriate metadata which should be enough for PMD's needs.

Closes issue #23.
