Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Last meeting we to reorder the COORDINATES section.
And link Lat Lon and lat_gps, lon_gps to control vocab (latitude for instance here : http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/collection/OG1/current/LAT/)
